Do you have tables and chairs?
Yes, we have 10 - 6 ft round tables, 10 - 5 ft round tables, 2 - 8 ft banquet tables and 150 chairs.
Capacity is 84 including vendors and staff due to Covid_19 restriction. This number may decrease or increase in accordance with OHA, CDC and Clatsop County Health Department.
Feel free to plan your event knowing that if it is impacted by Covid_19, you will either receive a full refund or you are welcome to reschedule for a future date without additional fees.

Do you have linens?
Yes, we do! Check our catalog.
Niblack Events is our in-house caterer. Outside vendors will need to be pre-approved. We have to follow guidelines specific to Covid_19.
Is alcohol allowed?
Do we need a licensed bartender to serve alcohol?
Do we need a permit from the OLCC?
Only if you are selling. If it is provided for free to your guests, permits are not required.
How much is the Beacon?
$1,000 per day for the space - does not include set up or cleaning.
$360 per day Covid Staff - up to 6 hours, $60 per additional hour.
$250 refundable deposit.
Are masks required?
Yes, in accordance with Oregon Health Authority and CDC regulations until further notice
Payments by credit card will have an additional 2.9% added at checkout.
Checks and cash are accepted at no additional fee.
Do you have an elevator? Is the Beacon ADA Compliant?
Yes there is an elevator as well as ADA restrooms and access to the building.
Do you have parking?
There is street parking on Broadway and parking off of Avenue A behind the building with entrances from Broadway and Avenue A
